  • For scaling, we implemented multi-select automation. This allows the team to launch a validated product across multiple platforms simultaneously, adding it to all relevant platform lists without duplicating any manual work.

5. Real-Time Tracking & Dashboards

To solve the visibility issue, we built a dedicated Tracking Zone.

  • Employee Performance: Leadership can now monitor media buyers’ activities and output in real-time.

6. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Process Standardization

  • With core systems in place, Camel Tech turned tribal knowledge into a documented, repeatable playbook. We worked with the Knock Knock Digital team to write out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every critical phase of the e-commerce lifecycle-from the criteria for product validation to the technical steps for landing page optimization.
  • Alongside these SOPs, we developed automated templates and checklists within ClickUp.
