Our management portal now supports a huge part of our patient care operations. It houses our patient management workflows, tracks medical providers across multiple states—with over 400 providers currently in our system—manages deadlines, and sends automated reminders for important tasks and due dates.

One of my favorite features is the integration between our medical management and medical records departments. Every time a provider is added to a patient’s case, our medical records team is automatically notified, which has significantly streamlined communication between departments and reduced the need for manual handoffs.

From the time we started working with Camel Tech, it took less than three weeks to have everything fully up and running. There was some back-and-forth with coding, programming, and customizing the system around exactly how our company operates, and they were incredibly thorough throughout the entire process.

What I really appreciate is that they don’t simply build within the limitations of ClickUp. If there is something ClickUp doesn’t natively offer, they are able to explore other integrations and solutions to create the functionality we need. Everything has worked so well that we have now hired Camel Tech again to fully transition our medical records department into ClickUp, and we are currently in the middle of that process.
